The shareholders of the company made a decision on May 29, 2018, appointing Jin Bo, Qin Zhaoping, Bai Xinhua, Shao Wei, Zhang Wei, Xin Xiankun and Xu Qiang as members of the seventh board of directors; appointed Zhou Yiwu, Zhao Wei and Chen Guofei as the seventh board of supervisors Members, including Chen Guofei as employee supervisor.
