On the afternoon of May 18, 2014, the 2013 Annual Shareholders' Meeting of Grand Resources Group was successfully held at Ningbo Nanyuan Global Hotel. The meeting reviewed and approved four proposals including the 2013 Work Report of the Board of Directors, the Work Report of the 2013 Supervisory Committee, the 2013 Financial Statements and the 2014 Financial Budget Report, and the 2013 Profit Distribution Proposal. President, Chairman Jin Bo said that the board of directors will focus on “safety, stability, change and development” this year, further explore the trading model, improve the internal control system, and lay a solid foundation for the development of Grand Resources Group in the new era.
