On November 21, 2013, Ms. Sula Bruce, President of the International Rescue and Development Purchasing Center (AIDF), visited the Grand Resources Group. Mr. Jin Bo, Chairman of the Board, accompanied the reception and held an exchange meeting. The two sides conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions on the current domestic and international economic situation and the development of AIDF in China.

The International Rescue and Development Purchasing Center (AIDF), formerly known as the United Nations International Rescue and Trade Procurement Center, works with United Nations executive agencies, governments, international relief organizations, international non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and various types of buyers to build and Humanitarian Relief and Development cooperation and supply ties, each year plans to purchase about 2 billion US dollars of products and services to enterprises and independent entities in different countries for peacekeeping, humanitarian relief and development needs.
